Chye Soon obtained an Engineering degree from National University of Singapore and a Masters in Education specializing in Curriculum and Teaching from the National Institute of Education (Singapore). He oversees the school and ensures that City College provides high quality education. He also teaches Elementary and Additional Mathematics, seeking to inculcate in students an active spirit for learning that abides even upon graduation.

Joli graduated from the National University of Singapore with Honours, majoring in Statistics and Masters of Science in (Mathematics) in the National Institute of Education. Her interest is in social work, where she volunteers regularly as a teacher to the intellectually disabled. She has co-written the mathematics textbook for Malaysia Form 1 (2003).

Chye Siang graduated from the National University of Singapore with double major in Chinese language and Chinese Studies. She enjoys promoting the beauty of Mandarin and is more than happy to regale her students with a funny idiom or two.
