Kenny is the CEO & Founder of City College and O School. He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a degree in Business and Master of Education from Monash University. He won the Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 award by Schwab Foundation.

Chye Soon obtained an Engineering degree from National University of Singapore and a Masters in Education specializing in Curriculum and Teaching from the National Institute of Education (Singapore). He oversees the school and ensures that City College provides high quality education. He also teaches Elementary and Additional Mathematics, seeking to inculcate in students an active spirit for learning that abides even upon graduation.

Shaun Tay graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Law. With a specialisation on corporate and financial law, he has interned with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked at Harry Elias Partnership and Rajah & Tann LLP. His most recent appointment is as Legal Counsel at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd.

Shaun is passionate about youth development work and has been involved in this area for almost 10 years as a youth leader and volunteer tutor. He was also invited to be judge or facilitator on several initiatives including the National Youth Forum and the Young Changemakers programme organized by the National Youth Council
