Student records are accessible to City College's administration manager, faculty and staff with legitimate educational concerns, and appropriate information may be released for student orientation and practical training programmes. However, we will not divulge student information to a third party without the written consent of the student, except where the health of the student or others may be endangered by the withholding of certain information or where information is required by government officials and agencies designated by law or in compliance with a judicial order, including but not limited to international student pass applications.

To improve our service, we collect information for statistical purposes about the use of the site and record the information onto our server. This information may include your type of browser used, the last site visited, the pages accessed or downloaded, the date and time of the visit and the users' server address.

If you choose to send an application through the site or an e-mail that contains personally identifiable data either for us to process the application or to render you a service, we may share relevant data within City College, or if necessary, with other relevant Government agencies, so as to serve you more effectively, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. We will only use your personal information for purposes which you have consented and will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We may use information provided by the users within City College group of companies but will not pass it to third parties. We may also need to disclose personal data as required by law or a court order.

Any videos or media content that you voluntarily disclose online on “citycollege.ed.sg” domain becomes publicly available. Please note that such content may be collected and reproduced elsewhere. Such content published from you in that purpose is not consider personal identifiable information subject to this policy.

Appropriate security measures have been taken to protect personal data collected via this site from unauthorised access, disclose or misuse.

This site contains links to other sites (outside of “citycollege.edu.sg” domain) whose data protection and privacy practices may be different from ours. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of those sites and strongly encourage you to examine the privacy statement of those sites.
